How to Apply

1. Fill out the waitlist application and submit your most recent report card to be placed on the waitlist

2. Take the entrance exam and pay $60 at the finance office

Due to limited space, student selection is based on entrance exam results, report cards, and interview

3. Complete the application package and provide the required documents for admissions

Attention: The application package will not be provided to you until your student is accepted

Physical Exam Form (Form must be filled out by child’s doctor before the child enters classroom)
